Nothe Matters . . .

The Nothe is an area of Weymouth which has escaped modern development. In the past it has played a very important military role in the defence of Weymouth port, but now it is a more tranquil place.

The main flat top of the Nothe is  suitable for playing games or sunbathing and picnicking while throughout the Gardens are pleasant leafy walks and rocky beaches to explore along the south coastal edge.
